What is Intercultural Coaching?

• Due to miscommunication and conflict, poorly managed cross-cultural teams can become unproductive.

• 90% of top executives in 68 countries named multicultural leadership as their top challenge (Source: International Labor Union).

• On the contrary, cultural diversity, when leveraged, promotes creativity and innovation.

• In this context, Intercultural Coaching aims to develop and strengthen, in a personalized way, the talents of those who need to adapt to this multicultural and rapidly changing environment.

• As an Intercultural Coach, I apply the methodology based on the innovative book “Coaching Across Cultures”, by Philippe Rosinski, chosen by the Harvard Business School as its outstanding book in the business leadership category.

• Culture here consists of all the characteristics that we acquire throughout our lives, being part of different cultural groups (family, generation, profession, company, country, religion, etc.).

“Intercultural coaches act as synapses when they help bring multiple people into contact, improving the quality of communication, promoting the circulation of positive energy, and ultimately enabling human synergy. These bridges allow individual potential to multiply exponentially, unleashing the collective capabilities of teams, communities and society at large.”
